Your information

Inquiry privacy

When you contact KStudio, you share your name, email address, message, and any optional business or project details you choose to provide.

Why it’s collected

Katie uses this information to understand your request, prepare follow-up questions, and discuss a possible project. Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for a newsletter or commit you to paid work.

Storage and access

Inquiries and private working notes are stored in the website’s hosted database through OpenAI Sites. The Studio inbox requires owner sign-in and is not available to public visitors. Authorized agent assistance, including Sydney running through Hermes, may be used to read, organize, and summarize inquiries for Katie. Information processed this way may pass through the services supporting that agent, and summaries may appear in Katie’s private work channels.

What to leave out

Please do not submit passwords, employee records, payroll files, payment details, or other sensitive information. A description of the problem is enough to start. Any project requiring access to business systems or data needs a separate discussion.

Keeping and removing inquiries

Inquiries remain stored for review and follow-up until removed. Archiving an inquiry keeps the record; it does not delete it. To ask Katie to correct or remove an inquiry, use the contact form, identify your earlier request, and use the same email address. Katie may need to verify the request before making changes.

Website operation

The form uses temporary abuse-prevention counters derived from a hashed network address. The application does not store the raw address with your inquiry. The hosting platform may also process technical logs and site analytics to operate the website.
